Important Tenant Information1. Fire Extinguishers, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Smoke Alarms: Tenants should keep all fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms in working order. They should never be disconnected! If you believe that they are not functioning properly, please let the Landlord know as soon as possible. 2. Outside Grills: Tenants should not use grills on covered porches or wooden decks. This is a fire hazard. 3. Emergency Exits: Tenants should be familiar with emergency exits from the house. Please ask the Landlord if you have any questions. 4. Fuel Tanks: At move-in, the fuel tanks will be full as defined by the fuel company delivering the fuel. The tenants are required to leave them at the full level when they move out. 5. Pets: No pets are allowed in any BooneRentalHouses rental unit at any time. If a pets is found on the premises, a fee of $300 will be charged and due immediately and the pet must be removed immediately. 6. Large or Noisy Gatherings: No large or noisy gatherings are allowed in any BooneRentalHouses rental unit at any time. 7. Cleanliness of the Rental Units and Grounds: All units and grounds must be kept reasonably neat. 8. Rent Due: Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is late after the 5th of the month. |
