Moving In Information

1. Set up an appointment for your move-in meeting at your rental house. Call (828) 773-7688 for an appointment.
2. Set up your utility accounts. See below to find contact information.
  • Electric - Start service on July 28
    (We will give you a $5 rebate on your rent to cover the days between the 28th and your move-in date. We use these dates to do maintenance and upgrades.)
  • Gas and/or Oil accounts (check your levels at move-in)
  • Cable
  • Telephone
3. Find your County green boxes or contact a trash removal service.
4. Re-read your Boone Rental Houses Rules & Regulations and ask questions if you don't understand something.
5. Pay rent for August.
6. Complete Move-In Checklist provided at move-in and mail to: Boone Rental Houses, PO Box 112, Sugar Grove, NC 28679.
